For core strength and stability and greater range of motion:
The third HipRx workout introduces a standing workout flow, incorporating balance exercises that target core strength and stability while continuing to enhance range of motion. A resistance band is not required but can help build additional strength and stability. A chair may be used for extra balance support if needed. If you are currently in physical therapy, please consult your doctor to ensure this program is suitable for you.
