The fourth HipRx workout delivers a cumulative routine that integrates range of motion, balance, stability, and strength. You can make the workout more challenging with a resistance band and yoga block. For those with knee sensitivity, a towel is recommended for kneeling positions, and a chair can provide additional balance support if necessary. If you are currently in physical therapy, please consult your doctor to ensure this program is suitable for you.
