The fifth HipRx workout integrates key movements into a total body workout designed to enhance range of motion, mobility, balance, stability, and strength. A resistance band is optional for added challenge. If you experience knee sensitivity, a towel is suggested for kneeling positions, and a chair can provide extra balance support if needed. If you are currently in physical therapy, please consult your doctor to ensure this program is suitable for you.
