Matt Kilgore continues working on range of motion in the second workout of our series, while adding in some weight-bearing exercises. A soft cushion or pillow is recommended to assist with potential discomfort. Additionally, a towel and yoga blocks may be useful in facilitating some of the movements. If you are currently doing physical therapy, please check with your doctor to make sure this program fits in with your treatment.
